You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

Post or transmit content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any third-party rights.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or interfere with its operation.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
Use automated systems, such as bots, to access the Platform.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Vista Techwerx LLC or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without permission.
User Content: If you submit or upload content to the Platform, you grant Vista Techwerx LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform.
If the Platform includes paid services or subscriptions, you agree to:
Pay all applicable fees as specified at the time of purchase.
Allow Vista Techwerx LLC or its payment processor to charge your payment method.
Be responsible for any taxes or additional charges that may apply.
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Vista Techwerx LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including but not limited to its reliability, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vista Techwerx LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vista Techwerx LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ohio, unless prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
